Austria
École offers two superb Austrian ski resorts to school ski groups. The
Apline town of Kitzbühel boasts 168 km of perfectly groomed slopes,
18 km of signposted ski routes in all grades
of difficulty, fantastic
deep snow downhill runs and a snow maker for 65 kilometres of
piste. This is a popular resort with our ski groups, with its superb
skiing conditions, historical town centre and exciting shopping.
Known as the ‘Europa Sportregion’, the Alpine town of Zell am
See is one of the most beautiful places in Austria, picturesquely
located between Lake Zell and the Schmittenhoe mountain,
which offers beautiful views and superb skiing at 2000 meters
above sea level. Our lift pass not only covers the Schmittenhoe,
but also the beautiful Glacier Ski area, the Kitzteinhorn in Kaprun,
which extends up to 3,209 metres above sea level, guaranteeing
fantastic skiing conditions all year round.
October half term is an ideal time to ski, with perfect ski conditions
and snow fall, plus the slopes are much quieter allowing you more
time to spend on the slopes and less time queuing for the lifts!
Ski tours can be arranged to various other European and
Worldwide destinations.
